One of the best first aid courses I have attended

ldnpabrockholesign.jpgThe Volunteer Service at Lake District National Park has many active members volunteering their time to help look after this special area and the visitors that come to enjoy it. Some of them have been members of the team for 50 years and more. Here at First Aid Training plus we are delighted to work with the Volunteer Service to update and refresh the team's first aid skills and to meet many more of the volunteers. Who knows - one or more of our trainees might be nominated in the UK National Parks Volunteer Award scheme ;-)?

Here some feedback from our latest course held for the team:

‘Very well presented course’

‘One of the best first aid courses I have attended, giving a clear message of how to deal with incidents’

‘Well instructed course’

‘Very good trainer and training methods, also liked the practical nature’

‘The ABC progressive learning method – very good and effective’

‘Highly effective course tutor, engaging and willing to go beyond the basics to answer questions related to our roles as volunteers’

‘Well worthwhile course, re-established confidence in dealing with first aid issues; incident script and practical scenarios very useful’

‘The regular practice sessions gave me much more confidence for what to do in emergencies; the course tutor created a very positive and enjoyable atmosphere’

‘Practical work and repetition of incident scrips very useful – learnt a lot’
